I provide legal assistance in individual cases with particular emphasis on civil law cases.

Agata Sawińska-Babik

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole (Poland). I gained my professional qualifications as a legal counsel after completing solicitor’s training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Opole and after passing the vocational examination.

My areas of legal interest include broadly defined commercial law and civil law.

Experience in working with entrepreneurs has given me the skills to manage risks in the business and implement preventive measures to eliminate irregularities. Selecting the most effective solution for the Client is my priority.
