Scope of Services

Legal services for companies:

  • drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in business transactions, including international agreements
  • legal assistance in the field of intellectual property law, including registration of a trademark and all related procedures
  • amicable and judicial debt collection, including conducting proceedings for the issuance of a European Payment Order
  • conducting business negotiations
  • preparing draft letters on current affairs, including filing of complaints and replies to complaints filed by counterparties
  • providing legal advice on current affairs
  • drafting internal procedures and their implementation
  • establishing companies and registering them in the National Court Register in Poland
  • drafting of resolutions

Judicial and arbitral proceedings

  • conducting conciliatory negotiations
  • pre-trial counselling, including risk analysis, verification of evidence, development of a litigation strategy aimed at reaching a settlement favourable to the Client in an efficient and cost-effective way
  • representation in proceedings to secure claims, conciliation and enforcement proceedings
  • representation before common courts
  • summons to a conciliation hearing

Individual Clients:

I provide legal assistance in individual cases with particular emphasis on civil law cases.

Civil Law:

  • legal counselling on matters relating to contractual obligations
  • assertion of claims for failure to perform or improper performance of contracts
  • amicable and judicial debt collection
  • representation in judicial and enforcement proceedings
  • claiming for compensation and damages

Labour Law:

  • legal counselling in the field of labour law
  • drafting of employment, loyalty, confidential disclosure, and non-competition agreements
  • drafting of documents relating to termination of employment
  • drafting of work rules and other internal regulations

Remuneration

Remuneration is tailored to the individual needs of the Client and the scope of activities undertaken.
  • Hourly remuneration for one-time legal advice.
  • Lump sum remuneration for legal assistance and services on the basis of a contract with the Client: depending on the complexity of the case and the activities to be undertaken.
  • Monthly lump sum for ongoing legal services: a specified number of hours of legal services to the Client in a given month. Does not include court cases in which case rates are set individually.
