I. Defintions
- The Administrator of the personal data is ASB Legal Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Agata Sawińska-Babik [ASB Legal Counsel Office Agata Sawińska-Babik] with registered office in the town of Kietrz, ul. - Website – the website available at www.asblegal.pl.
- User – any person using the Website.
- Personal data – the name (names) of the User.
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
II. Processing of personal data
- The Administrator collects the User’s personal data and e-mail address to the extent necessary to provide the service of the contact form and to present the Administrator’s offer.
- The Administrator processes the User’s personal data in the cookie files which include device data, the User’s IP address, the external IP address of the Internet provider, etc.
- The processing of personal data is carried out for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, i.e. for purposes related to: ensuring the proper functioning of the Administrator’s Website, for statistical purposes, and for the purpose of responding to an enquiry sent via the contact form.
III. Period of personal data processing
- The data shall be processed for the duration of the provision of the service until the withdrawal of the consent given or until an effective objection is raised against the processing of the data in cases where the legal basis of the data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
- The period of data processing may be extended where the processing is necessary for the establishment and assertion of possible claims or the defence against claims, and thereafter only where and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
IV. Recipients of personal data
The Administrator is entitled to transfer the User’s personal data to entities providing services to the Administrator, including but not limited to banking, accounting or IT services.
V. Cookie files
- In order for the Website to function properly, the Administrator uses cookie files, which are text files stored on the Users’ electronic devices. The use of cookies is not related to the processing of personal data of Users. The User has the right to decide on the access of cookies to their device by selecting them in advance in their browser window. - The types of cookie files on the Website:
a) “essential” – allowing the use of the services available on the Website and ensuring security
b) “performance” – gathering information on the use of the Website

The User has the right of unrestricted access to the content of the data, as well as the right to demand their deletion, rectification, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, POLAND.
VII. Personal data security
The Administrator shall conduct a risk analysis in order to ensure that the personal data processed by them is stored securely, the primary objective of which is to ensure that the data is accessed only by authorised persons and only to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks.

IX. Changes in the Privacy Policy
